Laguna Beach Transportation
It's easy to find your way to Laguna Beach. Located halfway between Los Angeles and San Diego, Laguna Beach is located along the southern coast of Orange County. If you're driving to Laguna Beach, check out our driving directions. We're located just 15 miles from John Wayne Airport Orange County (SNA) and just a short drive from most major Southern California attractions and points of interest. You can also pinpoint our location on a map of Laguna Beach. Once you're in town, view available parking in town.

Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 6:30 pm (does not run from 12:30pm-1:30pm)
Saturday - 9:20 am to 6:30 pm
No service on Sundays or holidays
Fares: Adults $.75; Seniors, handicapped, disabled or Medicare card holder $.30; Children (under 7 w/ adult) - free; fares are free in July and August.

The Canyon Route services Laguna Canyon Road/Broadway from the Act V Parking Lot at 1900 Laguna Canyon Road to the Bus Depot at 375 Broadway with stops at the Pageant of the Masters, Art-A-Fair, and Sawdust. Frequency is every 20 minutes.
The North Route services North Coast Highway from Viejo Street to Cliff Drive along Heisler Park to the Bus Depot on Broadway. Frequency is every 20 minutes.
The South Route services South Coast Highway from the Bus Depot on Broadway continuing south to Ritz Carlton Drive where the route turns north and returns to the Bus Depot making several stops along the route. Frequency is every 20 minutes.
The transfer point between the North, South and Canyon Routers is at the Transit Center/Bus Depot located at 375 Broadway. Shuttle service between the Act V Parking Lot at 1900 Laguna Canyon Road, and Downtown starts at 8:30am daily. Animals must be secured in a pet carrier.

Taxi Vouchers: Available for residents of Laguna Beach only. Taxi vouchers are valid for taxi rides between any two points within Laguna Beach as long as one of the points is in the downtown area or along Coast Highway from Viejo Street to 7th Avenue. Valid Monday-Saturday, 5:30pm-2:30am; Sundays from 8:00am-2:30am. Vouchers are available for $3 per one-way ride, up to 4 passengers per ride. Limit of 20 vouchers per purchase, identification is required at time of purchase. Residents may purchase taxi vouchers by mail or in person at the Community Services Department located at 515 Forest Avenue, weekdays from 8:00am-5:00pm.
