Parking in Laguna

There are a number of parking options in Laguna Beach including public parking lots and city operated parking lots. There are also several options for public transportation. Year-Round
Parking Meters: Daily metered street parking is available and enforced from 8:00 am to 7:00pm throughout the downtown area with various time restrictions noted on meters. Rates range from $1-$2 per hour depending upon the location. Credit cards are accepted at some meters in Heisler Park and the downtown area.

Ten Hour Parking Meters: There are 119 meters with 10-hour limits located in the 100-200 blocks of Cliff Drive between Broadway Street and North Coast Highway, including part of Lower Cliff Drive and cost $1 per hour.

Daily Parking Lots: There are 8 daily parking lots located in the City with spaces available from 3-hour limits to all day. For more information, please click here.

Free Parking: Park free in the Forest/Laguna Canyon Lot in designated spaces located in the north side of the lot from September to June. Enter the traffic lane across from the Festival of the Arts on Laguna Canyon Road. Please note: this parking is not free during summer months.

Summer Only - June 28-September 1, 2013 (in addition to all of the above):
Act V Parking (1900 Laguna Canyon Rd) - $7 per day (season pass $20)
Forest Ave/Laguna Canyon Road parking lot (Lumberyard) - $10
Community Center (open as needed after 5pm) - $5
Hagan Place (open as needed after 5pm) - $5
Mission Hospital - Mon-Fri, after 5:00pm; Sat-Sun, all day - Free parking
Pavilion's Boat Canyon Lot (50 marked spaces in rear of lot) - Daily 9am-10pm, Free parking
