Fishing Rules and Regulations

As of January 1, 2012, the entire coast of Laguna Beach has been designated as a marine protected area (MPA). All species in Laguna Beach are prohibited for recreational take. Wardens will take appropriate enforcement actions which could include education, warning, citation or arrest depending on the violation. Click here for more information.
