Park and Beach Rules
Laguna Beach Dog Park: Located on the east side of Laguna Canyon Road (133) just south of El Toro Road. Open daily dawn to dusk, closed Wednesdays for maintenance. The park is also closed during and immediately following rain. You are responsible for your dog's conduct. Pick up after your dog in and out of fenced area. Dogs must be leashed entering and exiting the park and be currently licensed. No aggressive dogs permitted. Activities not permitted: professional dog training, spiked or pinched collars, sports, bicycles, picnics, etc. Dogs must not be left at the park unattended.  http://www.lbdogpark.org/

City Parks and Beaches: Dogs must be leashed at City parks and beaches (except Bluebird Park). Dogs are allowed on City beaches any time of day from September 11 through June 14. Dogs are allowed on city beaches June 15 through September 10, before 9 a.m. and after 6 p.m. No matter what time of year, dogs must be on a leash at all times (six feet or shorter). No dogs are allowed at Aliso County Beach or any beach south of Victoria Street (except for Treasure Island Beach.)
